Q. Is my information really safe?
A. Yes, FRS uses secure servers and encryption to ensure security.
Q. What happens if there is a mistake in submitting my invoices?
A. We are dedicated to make certain you receive payments as fast as possible. Our experienced staff has a comprehensive quality control process to work through any potential issues that may arise with submitting invoices. Sometimes there is a little trial and error working with DCAA and DCMA. FRS is here to work through these issues with the appropriate agencies to get your payments on track with regular and timely pay cycles.
Q. When I am audited, will you represent me?
A. No, FRS can not represent you in a DCAA audit. However, we will provide you with comprehensive reports that provide all required information for your contract specific invoicing.
Q. Can you just teach us to submit our own invoices?
A. FRS currently does not offer set-up consulting services
Q. We don't share our contracts with our vendors. Can't you just submit our invoices without a copy of the contract?
A. No, our services are based on the invoicing direction written in your contract with the federal government. FRS believes and functions with the highest confidentiality. Our purpose is not to compete with you but to assist your business function more efficiently. We believe so strongly in confidentiality that we have a Non-Disclosure Agreement signed before any specifics of your contract are disclosed and discussed.

A. FRS creates a custom pricing proposal based on the complexity of your contract. Our team will review your invoicing and reporting requirements and will create a competitive price specific to your business. The best part is you do not pay us until you get paid. So there is virtually no risk.
