About Us
FRS is a unique services firm providing government invoicing support to companies involved in government contract work. We provide services to expedite the billing process by understanding the DoD’s contractor/ vendor invoicing systems and the payment processing conducted by DFAS. Our sole purpose is to significantly improve the profitability of our client's business. We do so through comprehensive and proven government invoicing procedures - and unsurpassed customer service.
Our technical staff has developed procedures to ensure timely and consistent payments from the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) office. Our processes and performance reports have been developed using our extensive experience in government invoicing, working with vendors and communications with various Procurement Contracting Officers (PCO) Administrative Contracting Officers (ACO) Quality Assurance Officers (QAP) and of course support staff at DFAS.
